The support conversation window does not appear in Firefox ? Nor does the video explaining how the support works. And there is no other explanation on the site on how the support works, so, if you are using Firefox, you have to guess. Could you please just add a text description of how the support works on the website ?
When uploading multiple images with transparency and white text there's no way to know which one is which other than through trial and error.
Is it possible to have a central area for categories which can be used as a template?
As an example I sell phone cases and I have over 80+ different designs on my website. I now need to add the iPhone 7 but cannot update one central list - instead I have to update every single advert (i.e. 80+ times !!!)
Can some consideration be given to having a central category template?
Sitemaker offer the most comprehensive service. I love the seamless approach it offer the clients, especially when you have lots of websites and are building websites for other people. The ONLY additional service I would want which not currently being noted or developed is a Sitemaker/Moonfruit hosting service built into the platform. The reason being is that some of my clients have asked me to edit, upgrade or host their Wordpress websites. It would be marvellous to move their websites to the one account under under sitemaker. This additional service would only be offered to the top accounts as part of a 'Professional Service" AND you could charge a small additional sum for each site hosted annually. Just a thought.
